Our three 4-node switchless DGX Spark lanes look like three independent recipes with three inconsistent start/stop flows, but two artifacts — the fabric preflight and the four-PF NCCL build — are load-bearing for all of them, and they live inside the two GLM recipes. Runtime archiving is safe today; moving either GLM directory is not.
